About the Event
What does it mean to lead the way?
It means recognizing the challenges facing our community—and choosing to be part of the solution.
United Way of Passaic County’s Women United: Leading the Way brings together business leaders, philanthropists and community champions who are using their influence, resources and leadership to create greater opportunity across Passaic County.
United, we’ll celebrate those already leading the way, explore where our community needs us next, and inspire more people to step forward.
This afternoon is an opportunity to:
Be in the room with people shaping Passaic County’s future — build meaningful relationships with leaders across business, philanthropy and the community.
Expand your circle of influence — connect with people who can become collaborators, partners and catalysts for greater impact.
See where your leadership is needed next — gain a deeper understanding of the challenges facing local families and where your voice, resources and expertise can make a difference.
Learn from leaders who are creating change — hear how others are turning their positions, passions and resources into meaningful community impact.
Turn connection into action — discover tangible ways to invest, advocate, volunteer and lead beyond the luncheon.
Become part of something bigger — join a growing network of people committed to moving Passaic County forward.
Every ticket purchased is an investment in the work ahead—and an opportunity to stand alongside others committed to building a stronger Passaic County.
You don’t need a certain title to lead the way. You simply need to be willing to act.
