The United Way of Passaic County takes your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.
What This Privacy Policy Covers
It is the policy of the United Way of Passaic County to consider your
personal information as confidential. For the purpose of this policy,
personal information includes individual services delivered, mail
lists, donor addresses, telephone numbers, credit card numbers, giving
history and specific dollar amounts contributed. However, names of
donors may be listed by giving categories such as The Alexis de
Tocqueville Society ($10,000 and above) and Signature Club ($1,000 and
above) unless donors request anonymity.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
The United Way of Passaic County does not rent, sell, or share
personal information about you with other people, organizations, or
companies except to provide services you’ve requested, or when we have
your permission, or to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal
processes, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend
against legal claims.
Confidentiality and Security
We limit access to personal information about you to those who we believe reasonably need to have that information.
We have physical, electronic, record disposal, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The United Way of Passaic County may update this policy. We will place a prominent notice on our website should this occur.
Returns Policy
A full refund will be issued when a refund request is received
within 30 days of the transaction. Refund requests for transaction
older than 30 days are att he sole discretion of the President and CEO.
